"Company", "we", "us" refers to AC Tech Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
"Services" means all IT services, remote support, device management, cloud administration, consulting, and any other services provided by us.
"Portal" refers to the client management portal at portal.actechservices.uk.
"Client", "you", "your" refers to any individual or organisation using our services.
AC Tech Services Ltd provides IT infrastructure management, cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure), cybersecurity, remote device management, digital transformation consulting, and technical support for hospitality and corporate clients.
Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements between the Company and the Client.
Access to the client portal is provided through Microsoft Entra ID authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access at any time if we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms or unauthorised access.

All content, software, tools, branding, and materials provided through our services and websites remain the intellectual property of AC Tech Services Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any of our proprietary materials without written consent.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the provision or use of services. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AC Tech Services Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.
Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, your access to the portal and managed services will be revoked, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the portal or email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
